Chad Graham attended Eastern Illinois University and earned his degree in Exercise Science. While at Eastern, Chad was active in many organizations including the Student Wellness Association to which he served as president for 2 years. It was at that time that Chad became certified as a professional personal trainer.
After graduation Chad moved to Chicago and worked out of Deerfields' Multiplex Health and Fitness Club (former home of the Chicago Bulls). Studying with some of Chicago's most elite trainers helped him prepare for his future in the field.
In 1999 Chad moved to Indianapolis to work at the National Institute of Fitness & Sport (NIFS). While at NIFS Chad built a reputation as a leader in the industry. In 2000, Chad was offered a job at the world famous Cooper Institute of Aerobic Research. Having laid the groundwork for a promising career in Indianapolis Chad decided to stay in the Midwest. That decision paid off.
In 2003 Chad became certified as a Muscle Activation Techniques Specialist, and was selected by the Indianapolis Monthly as one of Indy's top trainers. He has appeared on the 'Health Beat on WTHR 13, as well as WIBC 1070am's 'Morning Show' and 'Sports Talk'. He has also been written about in the Indianapolis Business Journal (IBJ). Most recently he appeared on NBA TV"s 'Real Training Camp' with the Indiana Pacers and the Government channel with the First Lady of Indiana Cheri Daniels. Chad's clients include many of Indy's most well known professional athletes and individuals. He has done consulting work with the Indiana Pacers from 2004-2006, and is currently the MAT Consultant to the Indianapolis Colts. In February of 2007 Chad spent a week in Miami helping to prepare the team for Super Bowl XLI. |
